According to Steve Thurlow, wine and spirits critic for the website Chacun Son Vin (Winealign): “This classic Alsatian gewurz is well balanced and bold in flavor. Expect exotic aromas of floral tangerine, lychee and apricot, as well as a hint of ginger spice. Full-bodied and almost dry with excellent concentration. Very good to excellent length. Enjoy on its own, slightly chilled, or with sweet and spicy Asian cuisine.”
May 2023 be sparkling with joy and filled with good times!
