Wine Enthusiast assesses Willm wines

Last August, the famous Wine Enthusiast magazine published
a ranking of the best wines in the world.

 

Several Maison Willm wines were assessed and rated by the Wine Enthusiast magazine (find the complete rating here). 9 different wines were included the ranking this month.

Here are a selection of wines directly available in the magazine buying guide:

The 2012 Vendanges Tardives Gewurtraminer bottle got the highest grade of our wines with a total of 94 points out of 100.

Our 2016 Cuvée Emile Willm Riesling entered the ranking for the first time with a score of 90 points.

5 of our wines got the ’89 points’ grade: the Gewurtzraminer Cuvée Emile Willm of 2016, the 2016 Pinot Gris Cuvée Emile Willm, and the 2016 Gewurztraminer Réserve. 2 other wines got the “Best Buy” awards: the 2016 Pinot Gris Réserve and the 2015 Gentil Réserve Blanc.

The 2016 Réserve Riesling got a score of 88 points.

To conclude, our famous 2016 Rosé Alsace got a score of 87 points.
